Self Care Movement Practices: Workshop with Julia Scott


Dancing for survival in hard times – practices of joy, nourishment and listening. Using games, self massage and guided meditation this workshop will offer you practices to draw on to sustain yourself under capitalist patriarchy. It will include exercises from Qi Gong, feminist improv listening techniques and various movement based games developed in collaboration with choreographers and dancers.
