In the Shadow of the Hand was a collaborative project that brought together the practices of Sarah Forrest and Virginia Hutchison. It reflected on processes of evaluation and critique and the development of artistic practice in response to this. In the Shadow of the Hand saw the artists individually making objects, developed in response to their on-going discourse. These objects were then cast in lead and exchanged.
