Daemon Clelland is an artist and performer who lives and works between Glasgow and Berlin. Situated between spirituality and parody, transition and eroticism, benevolence and confrontation, Clelland’s process of queer world-making references monstrosity, post-humanism, medieval illustration and science fiction in the creation of new bodies. Working between special FX and latex prosthetics, latex and costume design, film and sound, Clelland has performed the embodiment of an ogre SHREK 666 for years, operating predominantly within nightlife.
