Located in the centre of Glasgow, just next to Queens Street station, Glasgow Royal Concert Hall is a major concert hall and music venue, whose main auditorium can seat 2,475 people. Opened in 1990, Glasgow Royal Concert Hall was designed by Sir Leslie Martin, also known for the Royal Festival Hall in London.

Since then, it has played host to numerous cultural events, including annual folk and roots festival Celtic Connections and the World Irish Dancing Championships. The venue is also the home of the Royal Scottish National Orchestra.
