Johan Nieuwenhuize

Johan Nieuwenhuize presents his new project, IMG_, a growing collection of abstract and semi-abstract photographic observations of the city. The work is an active visual archive consisting of images made during his travels to Europe and the USA. It develops his artistic practice and concerns with an abstract approach to documentary and street photography.

A new publication of the project was published by Kehrer-Verlag to coincide with the show in Glasgow.
